To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must be attached

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

At ROAM, we carefully pack each order with love and aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 business hours of your order being placed.

Shipping Details

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

ROAM is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. ROAM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Returned packages may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
